Our services
We provide software for managing schools (vidYug), shops (yugSho) and related custom solutions. We may update, improve or change features over time to keep the services working well.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you and your organisation enter. You agree to use the services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to them.
Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You can review current vidYug pricing on the vidYug page.
Data and privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Schools and businesses own the data they enter, and we process it on their behalf.
Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the services available and reliable, but they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. On termination, you can export your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
